You can e-mail us, give us a call, message us via Facebook or WhatsApp. If you are looking for something in particular, we can send you photos via message so you can see what we have in stock.

Most items can be customised. We can paint ornaments to match your pet, or if you'd just like a certain look to match your decor. We also offer plinths and stands for garden ornaments, as well as other personal touches such as pet collars with their name on. We just need your specifications, and if it's a painted pet ornament you'd like, some good quality photos to allow us to match their markings as closely as possible.

We can ship to most locations. We've so far sent personalised ornaments all over the UK as well as the United States! We package them well for their journey to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

If we're delivery locally in West Yorkshire, you can pay by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. Overseas payments are via PayPal only in GBP.

If you're having something customised, we do ask for a deposit. This is because personalised gifts generally can't be re-sold, therefore we ask for partial payment before we begin the project. The remainder of the balance is payable when it's completed and ready to be shipped. We always provide photos of the finished piece before dispatch to ensure you're happy! If you'd like us to hold an item, or order an item in specially for you, we also require a deposit.
